Anna Charlotta Rongedal –jewellery art & design- designs and manufactures jewellery and home decoration by hand. All production takes place in Sweden.
When your order has been completed a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of the order. The order confirmation email will contain ordered products, prices and the delivery address. If there is anything wrong in the order, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail.
To place an order you have to be 18 years old or have the parental consent.
Delivery times and shipping
At the moment we ONLY allow orders made and delivered within Sweden. All goods are sent by mail via Posten. Our normal delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Note! Orders placed on weekends will be sent no earlier than the next working day. If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of longer delivery times) please contact us directly by e-mail. Your goods are sent by letter or parcel to the delivery address or nearest postal outlets if the package does not fit in the mailbox.
All the prices in the shop are stated in SEK (Swedish crowns) and includes 25% moms (VAT).
Payment by bank transfer
To pay for your order you’ll need to make a payment directly into our PlusGiro-account. Please use your order id as the payment reference. Note! Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Once we have processed your order you will receive an email confirmation that your order is on its way to you.
Always contact us before a product is returned. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is returned in an undamaged and unused condition. Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective or if we have packed it wrongly. Returns must be sent by mail or packages, no COD (postförskott).
When replacing the product, such as when changing the size, and more, the following applies:
- The shipping cost for returning the products are at your own expense.
- When exchanging a product we pay for the shipping cost for sending the new product to you.
- NOTE! Remember to always notify us by e-mail before you want to exchange your goods.
If you do not pick up your goods you will be charged for the cost of sending the package(s) back and forth. Unclaimed packages are not counted as termination of your purchase. Under the Swedish law it is your duty to inform us if you would like to use the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of your order.

Your personal data may be used in marketing, follow ups regarding our services and/or products. If you no longer want to recive information from us, please contact us.

As a customer you can always ask ACR how they handel you personal data. All such correspondence will go through e-mail, email@example.com.
Your legal rights
As a customer you can always ask for your purchase history and have your personal data deleted. We will ask for identification.
We will retain your personal data for 12 moths. If you havn´t made any new purchases during that time we vill delete your personal data.
